1. Delivery Policy - Time Frame - our aim is usually to send a car straight away from our base, normally our cars
can reach the customer within 15 minutes; however sometimes due to the circumstance out of our
control e.g. exceptionally high level of road traffic, road works, shortage of cars etc it may take longer or even
not possible to send a car at all. In that situation our controller will inform the customers at the
time of booking.
2. Refund / Return Policy - full refund if booking is cancelled up to 2 hours prior to booking time and
no refund if is cancelled after or for straight away cab request.
3. Cancellation Policy - for advance bookings the job can be cancelled up to 2 hours prior to booking time;
however if is cancelled after 2 hours or for straight away cab request, the job cannot be cancelled and the
full fare is payable.
4. Privacy Policy - We highly value the privacy of our customers and treat all of their personal information
as confidential; we do not sell or share our database with third parties for marketing purposes, however according
to PCO license we are obligated to share these information to public carriage office for their routine
inspections or to the police on request. And of course this is designed to protect the safety of our customers and
passengers.
Our policy is not to store any of the customer's financial details (credit or debit card numbers) whether is booked
over the phone or by Internet; it will be used only at the time of booking and it will be immediately destroyed
after the payment has been processed.
